This chapter has been on my heart all week:
“My heart is stirred with a good word.
I speak my verses to the king.
My tongue is the pen of a skillful writer.
You are the most handsome of the sons of men.
Grace pours from your lips.
Therefore God has blessed you forever.
Gird your sword on your thigh, O mighty one,
in your splendor and your majesty.
In your majesty ride victoriously,
on behalf of truth, meekness and justice.
Let your right hand display awesome things.
Your arrows are sharp.
Peoples fall beneath you—
into the heart of the king’s enemies.”
And when I think about that my heart is drawn to this:
“As arrows in the hand of a mighty man,
so are the children of one’s youth.
Happy is the man whose quiver is full of them.
They will not be put to shame
when they speak with their enemies at the gate.”
Which then causes me to reflect on this:
“Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called sons of God.”
“From the days of John the Immerser until now, the kingdom of heaven is treated with violence, and the violent take it by force.”
You see the gospel is literally this:
“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.”
Which was revealed in this:
“For God did not destine us for wrath but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.”
A SON OF GOD CAUSES PEACE BETWEEN GOD AND MAN.
HE IS AN ARROW IN THE FATHER’S HAND
SINKING DEEP INTO AND KILLING THE ENEMY
PEOPLE ARE IN BONDAGE
THEY GET FREE WHEN THEIR MASTERS ARE TRULY DEAD TO THEM
BE A SHARP (“As iron sharpens iron,so a person sharpens the countenance of his friend.”) ARROW
IN DADDY’S HAND
AND SEND HIS LIBERATION THROUGH ALL THE EARTH.
Peace and Much Luv in Christ Jesus,
